Jon Barrenetxea is a data scientist specialized in statistical modelling and econometric analysis of health outcomes. He graduated with a PhD in Health Services and Systems Research from Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore, where he studied social determinants of health among older adults. He has published several articles in the fields of epidemiology, gerontology, health economics and public policy. Since December 2022, Jon is working in the Data Science and Outcome research group developing machine models to predict healthcare and clinical outcomes using ICU datasets.
