Kristin Brüggemann is Bioinformatician and PhD Student in Medical Sciences at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin since June 2023. She completed her Master of Science in Bioinformatics at the University of Potsdam. In her Master’s Thesis she worked with the quantification of shape complexity in different cell shapes. Kristin Brüggemann works for the Collaborative Research Center ‘Matrix in Vision’ (CRC 1340) inside the project B07. Her focus is Quantitative Histopathology for the diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
