Malte Schmieding studied Medicine at Charité has been a researcher with Prof. Dr. Dr. Felix Balzer since April 2020. As part of the working group “Digital Transformations and Applications in Healthcare” his main research interests are digital health care care applications, especially symptom checker apps. During his studies Malte Schmieding an active student representative and acted as the German Medical Students’ Association’s Vice President for External Affairs in 2016.
