Goal

The goal of the working group is the analysis of outcome-relevant correlations in patient care.

Description

The research group investigates possible influencing factors and outcome-relevant correlations in patient care. Predictive patterns in available data are to be recognized and their prognostic significance analyzed and evaluated, whereby the methodological focus is primarily on retrospective data analyses.

We are an interdisciplinary team of clinicians from all disciplines, mathematicians, computer scientists, and other quantitative scientists.

Our overarching goal is to use the knowledge gained to improve the standard of medical care for patients in the long term.
